May 18, 2004 -- Premio Computer, Inc. has been ranked as a top 10 computer vendor to the U.S. education market by an independent research firm for the fourteenth consecutive quarter. The quarterly statistics research, released May 7, ranked Premio at number 8 for the first quarter of 2004. The rankings are based on shipments of desktop PCs, mobile PCs and servers.
Ranking ahead of both MPC and Sony, Premio shares the education market top 10 with such companies as Dell, Hewlett Packard, Apple Computer, Gateway, IBM, Acer and Toshiba. Premio has now maintained its top 10 vendor ranking for over three years.
